Seamless cyliner tubes honed from tubes for mechanical applications
Application
The inside diameter of these tubes has the same features as honed precision tubes according to
DIN 2391. However they can be an interesting alternative for the designer.
Advantages :
- In case of very high pressures there is a wider choice of wall
  thicknesses available.
- Due to lower tensions in the material they are more suited for
  turning and grinding operations on the outside diameter.

Seamless cylinders tubes obtained tubes for mechanical applications, rebored and honed according to DIN 2448/1629.

Inside diameter: 60 - 500 mm
Wall thickness: 8 - 80 mm

Tolerances
Outside diameter and wall thickness according to DIN 2448/1629 or DIN 17121.

Inside diameter: ISO - H8

Inside diameter surface texture:
· Ra value max. 0.5 µm
· Rt value max. 2.0 µm

Lengths
Production lengths ranging from 4 to 10 metres. Upon demand supply of fixed lengths.

Test certificate
Upon demand all the tubes can be supplied with an EN 10204-3.1B factory certificate.
